Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of purchase. Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

RETURNS:

Returned items for a full refund must:

- have original tags and packaging in-tact

- be unworn and unwashed

- be free of damage, dirt, stains, odors, pet hair

- be postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please include your order number with your returned items. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving.

Heart + Arrow is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
